Day 2 of my Season of Giving ...
So this morning I headed over to my local Penningtons. I had been browsing a few weeks ago and noticed they had a clothing drive going on - what better place for my stash of clothes from my closet clean out last week? The clothes are all going to be sorted and distributed to local shelters for women escaping abusive relationships.
Again...it's a small thing, but it gives my heart a warm glow.
Of course whilst I was at Penningtons I had to start replacing the clothes I have given away...a new pair of jeans, a pair of dressy trousers for work and two lovely soft cosy sweaters later.... :-)
